All registered full-time students taking 1 or more credits are required to have health insurance coverage, either through the Student Health Insurance Plan or through another individual or family plan. Students are automatically enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan at registration and the cost for the Plan is added to the student’s tuition fees unless proof of comparable coverage is provided by completing the waiver.
Dependents are not eligible.
To be eligible for a waiver of enrollment in the USML Student Health Insurance Plan, USML requires that students provide evidence of other comparable health coverage. To determine if your insurance meets the requirements, students must complete the waiver found at www.wellfleetstudent.com.
